W zwi±zku z na³o¿onym przez SV obowi±zkiem przed³u¿ania Körungu przez Klub Owczarka Niemieckiego informujemy, ¿e wszystkie Körungi zaliczane na terenie Polski i koñcz±ce siê w 2021 roku, niezale¿nie od kraju aktualnej rejestracji lub miejsca zamieszkania w³a¶ciciela mog± zostaæ przed³u¿one tylko przez Klub Owczarka Niemieckiego w Polsce (KON).Aby uzyskaæ przed³u¿enie nale¿y:
-drog± mailow± wys³aæ wype³niony wniosek na E-Mail: Miroslaw.Tchorz@owczarek-niemiecki.com , w tytule wpisuj±c- "Körung,nazwa psa".
Prosimy równie¿ w tre¶ci e-maila wpisaæ nr przesy³ki poleconej w celu ¶ledzenia listu.

Due to the obligation imposed by the SV to extend the licensing by the Polish Shepherd Dog Club (KON), we would like to inform you that all
initial licensing in Poland ends in 2021, regardless of the country of current registration or the place of residence of the owner only from

How to get an extension:
- send the completed application by email to the following email address: Miroslaw.Tchorz@owczarek-niemiecki.com, indicate in the title - "Koerung, name of the dog"

Pay PLN 50.00 to the KON account

Aufgrund der vom SV auferlegten Verpflichtung, die Körung durch den Polnischen Schäferhundklub (KON) zu verlängern, möchten wir Sie darüber
informieren, dass alle in Polen abgelegte Erstankörung die 2021 enden, unabhängig vom Land der aktuellen Registrierung oder dem Wohnort des
Eigentümers nur vom Schäferhundklub in Polen (KON) verlängert werden können ).
So erhalten Sie eine Verlängerung:
-senden Sie den ausgefüllten Antrag per E-Mail an die folgende E-Mail-Adresse: Miroslaw.Tchorz@owczarek-niemiecki.com, im Titel angeben - "Körung, Name des Hundes"
Bitte geben Sie auch die Postsendungnummer in den Text der E-Mail ein, um den Brief zu verfolgen.
- Zahlen Sie 50,00 PLN auf das KON-Konto
(Bank PEKAO S.A., IBAN: PL 43 1240 6768 1111 0010 9937 3066)
Geben Sie im Titel der Zahlung "Koerung-przedluzenie, Name des Hundes, Vor- und Nachname des Eigentümers" ein.
- den Original-Ahnentafel und den Original-Körschein per Einschreiben an die Person, die für die entsprechenden Einträge verantwortlich ist, unter folgende Adresse:

POLEN
Nach den entsprechenden Eintrag werden die Dokumente per Einschreiben an die Adresse des Eigentümers, oder der in der Korrespondenz angegebenen Person gesendet.
Informationen mit der Nummer der Rücksendung werden an die vom Eigentümer angegebene E-Mail-Adresse mitgeteilt.
Wir bitten Sie, die oben genannten Verfahren zu befolgen, damit wir die Dokumentation schnell vorbereiten und zurücksenden können.
